When you use these forms on our website (e.g. contact forms), the data you enter is processed and stored via the Odoo system. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication).

  • User accounts (login areas)

Our website offers the option to use user accounts (login areas). As part of the registration and usage process, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address and login details) is stored and processed for the purpose of providing the user account and enabling you to use the relevant functions.

The data you provide is required to use the relevant functions or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, certain functions of the website cannot be provided.

  • Distinction from the online shop

Please note that any online shop linked to from our website is operated on its own domain and is subject to its own privacy policy.

The data processed in connection with user accounts on this website is unrelated to the data collected and processed in the online shop. In particular, the processing of data in the online shop takes place exclusively in accordance with the data protection provisions applicable there.

The respective operator is responsible for data processing in the online shop, in accordance with the information provided there.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter via our website. To do so, we need your email address and your confirmation that you agree to receive the newsletter.

We use the service provider Cleverreach. You can find Cleverreach’s privacy policy here: https://www.cleverreach.com/de-de/datenschutz/. This will only apply to you once you have signed up for the newsletter via the form on our website.

Once you have signed up for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email containing a link to confirm your subscription.
